WHY DO YOU LOVE DOING Makeup?

“I love doing makeup because i love making people feel good about themselves and making them feel beautiful. I am also super OCD, so with makeup it comes with a lot of attention to detail, so it makes me happy.”

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN Makeup?

“I actually went to hair school and that is how I got started in makeup. We had a small segment with makeup for about 2 weeks and I actually never ended up doing hair. I got a part-time job at MAC Cosmetics and was there for around 10 years.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY WITH BRITE BEAUTY?

“My favorite memory with Brite Beauty would probably be meeting Marsi. We met on a job for a bride. I was doing makeup and she was doing hair, while I wasn’t with Brite. And we just kind of bonded over a disaster moment that happened that day, and that is how we connected and how I came on to Brite!”

WHAT ARE 3 PRODUCTS YOU CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT?

1. Strobe cream from Mac as a primer because no matter your skin type it makes everyone look beautiful

2. Eyeshadow base from whatever brand, but MAC has the best, it is called painterly in a paint pot

3. Dior blackout mascara because it is so wet and thick and lasts forever especially for an artist you go through mascara like crazy.

WHAT IS A FUN FACT ABOUT YOU?

“There’s so many, haha. I would probably say when I was 21 I got married on a mtv on a show called Young and Married. That was probably the coolest thing that has happened to me.”

GIVE US ONE PRO TIP FOR BRIDES OR BUSY WOMEN GETTING Makeup DONE?

“I would say drink a lot of water for 24 hours before you get your makeup done for the event or any special event because dry skin can really be seen on photos and in real life!”
